- What is the likely impact for Employers and individuals acting in breach of the law?
- What is the likely timeframe for change and why should Employers start preparing for these changes now?
- How can your policies and procedures meet best practice, whether or not the law changes?
- What lessons can be learnt from other jurisdictions?
- What were the key topics/themes which attracted most media debate during the public consultation and how are they relevant for Employers?
