We are also delighted to be joined by keynote speaker Alan Sheeley, the head of Pinsent Masons' International Civil Fraud and Asset Recovery Practice. Alan is the lead partner in England on a c. £1.5 billion case over CumEx trading which is part of one of the biggest and most complex alleged frauds in the financial services sector throughout Europe, involving over 100 defendants and is part of a global litigation strategy involving parallel proceedings in Denmark, the USA, Dubai and Malaysia.
