Jersey: Return to the Office – Anxiety, Discrimination and Reluctant Employees

People in Jersey are returning to their offices as government guidance and internal policies change – but some employers may find getting staff to return to WFO more challenging than they expect, particularly where employees are in moderate or high risk groups, or are anxious about the return to the office and the potential risk of exposure to Covid-19 for them or their loved ones.
