Walkers' Banking & Finance team in London have advised Borr Drilling Limited (NYSE and OSE: BORR) on a c.US$1.5 billion bond issuance by certain of its subsidiaries as part of a group-wide refinancing.
A team led by partner Patrick Ormond – and including senior associate Ross Wilding and associate Catherine Outerbridge advised on the Bermuda and Cayman Islands law aspects of the transaction.

The transaction saw strong demand from a wide variety of investors and was significantly oversubscribed.
