Walkers acts as Cayman Islands counsel on $300 million public offering of Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Corporation

We are pleased to have acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Corporation ("ANSAC") in respect of its US$300 million initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market.

ANSAC, backed by Riverstone and Impact Ag Partners, is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, which intends to target businesses that decarbonizes the traditional agriculture sector and enhances natural capital at scale.

The Walkers team was led by Funds & Corporate partner Andrew Barker with assistance from Jennifer Sangaroonthong and Miriam El Ofir. ANSAC's US Counsel was Vinson & Elkins LLP.
