Walkers advises Hawksford on its acquisition of Pearse Trust

Walkers' Ireland Corporate M&A team has advised global corporate, private client and fund services provider Hawksford on its acquisition of Dublin-based corporate service provider Pearse Trust.

This expansion into the Republic of Ireland will act as a key entry point to EU markets for Hawksford and is the first step in a series of planned acquisitions with the private equity backing of Star Capital.

The Walkers' team was led by Partner Brendan O'Brien with assistance from Cal Kane (Corporate), Aisling Burke (Tax), Susan Battye and Jennifer Bassett (Employment) and Robert Upton (Real Estate).
