Walkers Acts on Holisto and Moringa Proposed Merger

Walkers' London team is acting as Cayman counsel to Holisto Ltd. in relation to its proposed merger with Moringa Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: MACA), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). 

The merger will result in Holisto becoming publicly listed on the Nasdaq and values Holisto at approximately US$405 million.

The Walkers' London team is led by partner, Neil McDonald, with assistance from senior counsel James Denham, senior associate Tom Esler, and associate Catherine Outerbridge.

Walkers is working alongside Israeli law firm, Shibolet & Co, and US law firm, Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP.  The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2022.
