Walkers London is delighted to have acted as BVI counsel to the senior lenders on the US$450,000,000 senior financing related to the acquisition by TNOG Oil and Gas of a stake in OML-17, an onshore asset in Nigeria. Described as 'one of the largest and most prominent Oil and Gas deals in Africa for more than a decade', a group of global and regional banks and investors provided US$1.1 billion across the different layers of the capital structure.
