Walkers Bermuda acts on Lancashire Holdings Limited’s offering of US$400 million 2041 Notes

Walkers is pleased to have acted as Bermuda counsel to London Stock Exchange-listed Lancashire Holdings Limited on its offering of US$400 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.625% fixed-rate reset junior subordinated notes due 2041. The Notes are receiving “Tier 2 Ancillary Capital” treatment by the Bermuda Monetary Authority and have been admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Walkers team, instructed by Willkie Farr & Gallagher's London office, included Bermuda partner Peter Dunlop and senior associates Nathalie West and Melanie Fullerton.
