Walkers Advises KKR and Atlantic Aviation on Establishment of Aviation Infrastructure Platform

Walkers is pleased to have acted as Cayman Islands counsel to KKR and Atlantic Aviation on the combination of Atlantic Aviation and Ross Aviation. The combination will create a leading aviation infrastructure platform with one of the largest networks of fixed base operations in North America.

The Walkers team was led by Cayman Islands partner Bicrom Das, with assistance from associates Sam Francis, Arezou Rezai and Miriam el Ofir. Cayman Islands aviation specialist Sarah Humpleby and partner Nick Dunne advised on aviation and licensing matters respectively. KKR and Atlantic Aviation's US counsel was Kirkland & Ellis.
