Walkers BVI Acts on first USD Sustainability-Linked Bond by bottler in the Americas Walkers' British Virgin Islands ("BVI") office has acted as BVI counsel to The Central America Bottling Corporation (CBC) in relation to its US$1.1 billion Sustainability-Linked Bond ("SLB") offering.
