Walkers acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Singapore-based Insignia Ventures Partners in connection with the launch of its third venture fund, IVPF III, which was oversubscribed and reached its hard cap of US$388 million.
Established in 2017, Insignia Ventures Partners is an early-stage technology venture capital firm focusing on Southeast Asia.
The Walkers team was led by Singapore-based partner Timothy Stevens, with support from senior associate Sze Min Lim. Kirkland & Ellis acted as lead counsel to Insignia Ventures Partners.
