Walkers acts on major Norwegian cruise line transaction

We are pleased to have acted as British Virgin Islands counsel to NCL Corporation Ltd. ("NCL"), a subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. ("NCLH"), on its recent issue of up to US$900 million in aggregate principal amount of first-lien senior secured notes (the "Notes"). These Notes are guaranteed by certain of NCL's direct and indirect subsidiaries and secured by assets of certain guarantors including certain funds managed by Apollo Capital Management, L.P.
