Partners Lucy Frew and Melissa Lim, senior counsel Tony de Quintal and associate Tom Hagger have authored the "Cayman Islands Law and Practice" chapter in the Chambers 2020 Global Practice Guide on "Fintech."

The "Fintech" Guide 2020 includes contributions from 25 jurisdictions and provides guidance on the current Fintech market, Fintech business models and regulation changes. Through the Cayman Islands chapter, the authors have sought to give guidance on key topics such as online lenders, payment processors, funds administrators, financial research platforms, Insurtech, Regtech, Blockchain and open banking. Walkers is pleased to have contributed to the Cayman chapter.
