Lessons Learned By Trustees As We Approach The New Normal

The resilience and adaptability of Trustees in recent times has surely exceeded expectations. Almost overnight there was an apparently seamless movement of a workforce and its caseload to online remote working.

This process of change has created numerous obstacles but there was a clear determination by Trustees to overcome any issues that arose. Yet as we begin to slowly emerge from a global lock-down rumblings about Trustees’ diligence and performance begin again and that is where the ‘normal’ is reset, whilst some of the recurring themes we have seen encountered so far focus on the ‘new’.
