Partners Lucy Frew and Sara Hall, and senior counsel Lodewijk van Setten have authored the BVI Law and Practice chapter in the Chambers 2021 Global Practice Guide on Fintech.

The Fintech Guide 2021 includes contributions from 36 jurisdictions and provides guidance on the current Fintech market, business models and regulation changes. Through the BVI chapter, the authors have sought to give guidance on key topics such as the evolution of the Fintech market, the expansion of money services business, data protection, the regulatory regime, blockchain and virtual assets.
