Partners Natalie Neto and Sarah Demerling, and senior associates Rachel Nightengale and Melanie Fullerton have authored the Bermuda Law and Practice chapter in the Chambers 2021 Global Practice Guide on Fintech.

The Fintech Guide 2021 includes contributions from 36 jurisdictions and provides guidance on the current Fintech market, business models and regulation changes. Through the Bermuda chapter, the authors have sought to give guidance on key topics such as the evolution of the Fintech market, key legislation, the introduction of the DAI Act, AML and ATF requirements, licensing criteria and PIPA.
