Walkers' Global Private Client & Trusts Maintains High Rankings in 2022 Chambers HNW Guide

Walkers' Global Private Capital & Trusts ("PC&T") Group has had another successful year in the influential Chambers & Partners High Net Worth Guide for 2022 across its British Virgin Islands ("BVI") , Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey practices, with clients describing them as "excellent" in the market and with a "huge depth and breadth".

Walkers' BVI and Cayman Islands teams maintained their Band 1 rankings and Walkers is still the only offshore law firm to be ranked Band 1 in both the BVI and the Cayman Islands. Commenting on the Caribbean office, one referee notes "they have the deepest private client team in Cayman and BVI, they have an extremely well-rounded team," another testimonial goes on to say: "complexity is where the team excels because they are such a diversified group in terms of their legal focus, but they always come together as a team."

Meanwhile in the Channel Islands, Walkers' PC&T team in Guernsey maintained its ranking and were described as being "very knowledgeable and practical" with another testimonial noting that "the team has a great depth of knowledge." Jersey's team, who also maintained their ranking, were highlighted for being "technically sound, very responsive and able to deal with complex matters in an efficient manner."

Nigel Sanders, Jersey, "one of the best trust litigators in Jersey, very focused on perfection" and another source adds that he is "an absolute delight."

Rajah Abusrewil, Guernsey, "provides sound advice and is practical. She is very popular among clients and is an excellent trusts lawyer."
