Our Singapore Investment Funds team acted as Cayman Islands counsel in connection with the establishment and launch of Arrowpoint Investment Partners, an Asia-based multi-strategy hedge fund.

 Arrowpoint is one of the largest Asia hedge fund establishments this year which has launched with an initial target of around US$1bn in assets under management.

The team was led by Singapore-based partner, Tania Toh, and supported by counsel Michelle Ong and Marco Lam. Clifford Chance acted as lead counsel to Arrowpoint.
