Tania specialises in investment fund formation as well as corporate and capital markets transactions.
As a partner in our Corporate and Investment Funds Group, she advises a range of institutions, banks and private equity funds, as well as early and growth stage companies.
Tania regularly works with managers establishing investment fund structures. That includes private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate and venture capital funds, and the formation of carried interest, co-investment and alternative investment structures. She also focuses on private equity acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, venture capital investments and listings and IPOs, particularly those with a technology and digital asset focus.
Tania regularly works with managers establishing investment fund structures. Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Tania worked at leading international firms, Latham & Watkins and Allen & Overy (now known as A&O Shearman).
