Supporting High Ridge Aviation on landmark aircraft asset-backed securitisation

We were delighted to have assisted High Ridge Aviation Limited with their inaugural managed fund’s $603,170,000 fixed rate notes offering.
 
This asset-backed securitisation of Phantom 2026-1 Aviation Limited and Phantom 2026-1 Aviation LLC as co-issuers of the US$538,540,000 Series 2026-1 A Fixed Rate Notes and US$64,630,000 Series 2026-1 B Fixed Rate Notes is secured by a portfolio of 16 aircraft.
