Chloe is a Finance associate in our Cayman Islands office.
Chloe specialises in structured finance transactions, particularly CLOs and securitisations. Her expertise also includes advising on leveraged finance and fund finance transactions as well as corporate restructurings.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Chloe worked in the Finance team at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in London.
