Lauren Bond is an associate in the Global Investment Funds Group of Walkers' Cayman Islands office.
Lauren advises on a broad range of private equity and hedge fund matters, as well as having expertise in general corporate and M&A transactions. She advises on the entire lifecycle of private funds, from fund raising and fund formation through downstream acquisitions and exits to end-of-life issues.
Lauren is a member of the Walkers FinTech Group. She advises clients on the establishment and structuring of foundation companies as well as cryptoasset, decentralised finance and blockchain funds.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Lauren was an associate in the Private Equity M&A Group at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP in London. She specialised in private equity transactions, advising private equity houses and their portfolio companies on cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
Lauren trained at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in London, where she spent four months seconded to Sullivan & Cromwell's Sydney office.
