Chris focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions, advising clients across a variety of industries including fintech.
Chris advises on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity capital markets transactions. He regularly acts for private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, investment banks and other financial institutions on strategic investments, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate reorganisations.
He also advises public and private companies on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, including complex cross-border transactions and corporate reorganisations involving Cayman Islands companies, partnerships and other investment structures.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Chris worked in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions , Equity Capital Markets group of the Melbourne and Perth offices of Clayton Utz – a leading Australian law firm.
Chris was admitted in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia in 2009 and the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in 2016.
