Mutsa Dodzo is based in Walkers' Guernsey office where he is a Senior Associate in the firm's Regulatory team
Mutsa advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of regulatory matters, including licensing advice and applications, and the establishment and authorisation of various investment funds vehicles across a range of asset classes.
Experience and recent work
Prior to his current role, Mutsa worked in a global law firm where he worked on a broad range of regulatory matters such as change of controller applications and licence exemption applications.
Mutsa also spent three years as a regulator in the Investments, Fiduciary and Pensions Division at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
