Joe works on a broad range of finance transactions with a specific focus on fund finance.
Joe acts for the world's leading institutional lenders and private equity sponsors on a broad variety of transactions including subscription finance, leverage, acquisition, NAV, hybrid and general partner facilities. Joe is also a member of our Corporate team and advises on take privates, mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings, along with ongoing matters for Cayman Islands companies.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Joe worked in the banking and finance team of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP in Leeds where he advised on a variety of corporate finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance matters.
