Simon's practice centers on fund finance, leveraged finance and general banking.
He regularly represents commercial banks, credit funds, private equity funds and hedge funds in connection with the structuring and negotiation of subscription credit facilities, NAV credit facilities, asset-backed lending and specialist credit solution. Simon has been involved in many complex transactions involving funds managed by some of the world’s most distinguished fund sponsors.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Simon worked in the Leveraged Finance department of Sidley Austin in London. In 2017 he completed a secondment at Morgan Stanley (London), supporting the origination and syndication desk on loan and high-yield leveraged acquisition/LBO financings.
