Carolyn Kelly joined Walkers' Cayman Islands office in 2022 where she is as Associate in the Global Investment Funds and Corporate Group.
Carolyn advises on a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, with expertise in general corporate and M&A transactions. Carolyn regularly acts for major investment banks, investment managers, private equity houses and other financial institutions along with their onshore counsel.

Prior to joining Walkers, Carolyn worked in the corporate department of Clyde & Co LLP focusing on cross border mergers and acquisitions, funds, private equity and joint ventures matters.
