Natasja Levy

Natasja Levy, based in our Cayman Islands office, is an associate in the Global Finance and Corporate Group.

Natasja advises on a broad range of financial and corporate matters including bilateral and syndicated lending, secured lending transactions (notably subscription lines, call capital financing, acquisition financing and investment fund financing), asset backed facilities involving bankruptcy remote special purpose vehicles and bank products and various other Cayman Islands general corporate matters.
