Annaliese advises emerging managers, private equity sponsors and established leading institutional investment managers on asset management and investment fund matters.

Annaliese's practice focuses on fund structuring and establishment for both private equity and hedge funds, together with restructuring, ongoing regulatory compliance obligations, governance and end-of-life matters. Annaliese also has broad experience in corporate matters and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving regulated entities.

Experience and recent work

Annaliese joined Walkers in 2023 in the Guernsey office before relocating to our Cayman Islands office. She has advised financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investors and corporates with global footprints across jurisdictions since 2015, advising on corporate, financing, regulatory, fund and asset management matters.
