Sabrina is an associate in the Global Investment Funds Group of Walkers' Cayman Islands office.
Sabrina advises investment banks, investment managers and private equity houses on a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, from the structuring and formation of funds, downstream activity to de-registration and winding up. Sabrina also has expertise in general corporate and M&A transactions.
Sabrina is a member of the Walkers FinTech Group. She advises clients on the establishment and structuring of foundation companies as well as cryptoasset, decentralised finance and blockchain funds.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in January 2025, Sabrina was an Associate in the Corporate team at Wallace LLP in London. In this role she gained broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and corporate advisory.
