Matthew advises on a broad range of finance matters, with a predominant focus on asset finance and structured finance transactions.
Matthew acts for clients on a variety of asset leasing and financing transactions, secured lending and structured finance transactions (including CLOs, medium and long term note programmes and asset-back securities), across a range of industry sectors.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Matthew worked at Walkers Fiduciary Limited where he provided fiduciary and similar corporate administration services to special purpose vehicles involved in a range of financing transactions including CLOs, medium and long-term note programmes, Sukuks, DPRs, aircraft and other asset finance structures.
