Nathalie advises clients on a range of finance transactions including leveraged buy-outs, subscription line and other fund financings, securitisations (including CLOs and ILS).
Nathalie also advises clients on shipping and aviation asset finance, restructurings, project finance, and other complex cross-border financings. That includes major operating lessors, financiers, airliners and ship operators, as well as leading onshore law firms on finance, leasing and registration transactions.
I worked with [Nathalie] and she was able to counsel us effectively on Bermudan law matters in an incredibly accelerated timeline.
Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers in 2018, Nathalie worked in the banking and finance teams of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges in London. Here she advised private equity sponsors, funds and financial institutions on various financings including leveraged, corporate and acquisition finance matters, and restructurings.
