Ben advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters and finance matters.
On the finance side, Ben specialises in acquisition, asset and structured financings, securitisations and general lending. On corporate matters, Ben focuses on general transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, share issuances, listings, restructurings, liquidations, re-domiciles, restorations and general corporate advisory.

Prior to joining Walkers, Ben trained at the Bermuda office of another offshore law firm.
Ben has also worked in our Hong Kong office.
