Coinbase receives second Bermuda digital assets business license

Walkers is delighted to have acted as lead legal counsel to Coinbase Bermuda Limited on its successful application for a DABA Class F digital assets business license from the Bermuda Monetary Authority to be issued to a second Bermuda entity.

Coinbase Bermuda Services Limited will operate as a digital assets exchange and payment service provider and will offer spot trading an custody services to international customers.
