Walkers acts as Bermuda counsel on Ares Management's investment in Virgin Voyages

Ares Management is a leading global alternative investment manager with approximately $378 billion in assets under management. The Ares funds led the $550 million funding round, which was also supported by capital from existing investors, including Virgin Group and Bain Capital. The investment is intended to help the award-winning cruise brand from Richard Branson's Virgin Group to strengthen its financial position while supporting the potential expansion into new international markets.
