Walkers advise on acquisition of Martello Asset Management by Capital International Group

Capital International Group is an international investment company providing a full suite of financial solutions. Based in the Isle of Man and South Africa, Capital International Group’s acquisition of Martello will allow them to expand their offering into Jersey. 

Led by partner Kevin McQuillan and associate Angharad Prescott, Walkers acted as lead counsel to Capital International Group. Also advising was partner Dan Read, senior counsels Sian Langley and Gemma Palmer, senior associate Luke Steele and associate Charlotte Beal.
