Advising Acorn Capital Management on single asset continuation fund to deepen partnership with Sentry Aerospares

Our Cayman team recently advised Acorn Capital Management ("Acorn"), a private equity firm focused on aerospace, defense, intelligence, and space sectors, on the closing of a single-asset continuation fund, extending Acorn's partnership with Sentry Aerospares. 

The transaction successfully provided a liquidity option to existing investors while securing additional capital commitments from new investors in order to further drive Sentry's global growth as a leader in the distribution of high-value, hard-to-find commercial aircraft rotable components.
