Christine Ballantyne-Drewe

She represents institutional asset managers, private equity sponsors, family offices and emerging managers on a wide range of fund structures, including exempted companies, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Her practice encompasses closed-ended, open-ended, hybrid and evergreen funds. Christine has extensive experience of continuation vehicles, GP-led secondary transactions and other liquidity solutions and she also advises on tokenised fund structures and digital asset-related investment products.

Her experience spans the full fund lifecycle, including fund formation, governance, restructurings, as well as downstream transactions, including acquisitions and joint ventures.
