Experience and recent work
Matt previously worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of the Melbourne office of one of Australia's leading law firms, King & Wood Mallesons. There he advised on a number of high-profile public mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers, schemes of arrangement and demergers), as well as private transactions.
