Charlotte Yates and Kellie Sherwill from our Channel Islands Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team have been recognised in the '2025 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders' list.
Senior associate Charlotte, who works in our Jersey office and has experience in all types of trust disputes, has been included in the list for the first time.
Associate Kellie, who works in our Guernsey office and specialises in trust litigation acting for trustees, has been included in the list for the fifth time.
The list is based on PAM Insight's experience and knowledge of which individuals in Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey are rising stars, and why. Nominations were open to individuals from within the private client advisory professions be they private client tax, trust, dispute resolution and family lawyers, accountants or trustees.
Partner Nigel Sanders, who leads our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team in Jersey, said: "We are delighted to see Charlotte and Kellie included on this list of the top young practitioners in the Crown Dependencies."
Partner Alison Ozanne, who leads our Guernsey Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team, added: "This kind of recognition demonstrates the quality and reputation of the junior lawyers in our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team, and I congratulate both Charlotte and Kellie on their achievement."
