Our BVI and Cayman Islands practices have each retained their Band 1 rankings, reaffirming their positions as market leaders in the international trusts and private wealth sector. Rosalind Nicholson (BVI) and Nigel Sanders (Jersey) have also been individually ranked in Band 1, reflecting their outstanding reputations and client recognition.
In Jersey, the team has been promoted to Band 2. Rajah Abusrewil, recently appointed deputy chair of STEP Jersey, retains her Band 2 individual ranking. Richard Holden is again recognised for his litigation expertise with a Band 2 ranking, while Nichola Brennan has been named in the Up and Coming category for the first time, acknowledging her growing profile and contributions to the practice.
In the Cayman Islands, Monique Bhullar, Lucy Diggle and Shelley White have all maintained their Band 2 individual rankings for their work advising high-net-worth clients on complex trust structures.
In Guernsey, the Private Client & Trusts team has maintained its Band 2 practice ranking. Rupert Morris and David Cooney are both ranked in Band 2, with David also appearing in the Cayman Islands section as a foreign expert based abroad, reflecting the cross-jurisdictional nature of his practice.
These results underscore the strength and depth of our global trusts and private client offering, with highly ranked practitioners across key international investment hubs. Our teams advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious trusts matters, supporting clients with sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional needs.
