We have advised SeaTown Holdings International on the formation and first close of its third private credit fund, PCF III, which secured over US$612 million in capital commitments. The fund marks a significant milestone in SeaTown's expanding private credit franchise across Asia Pacific.
PCF III drew interest from a diverse group of investors from Middle East, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore, reflecting continued strong demand for Asia Pacific private credit. The fund aims to capture compelling private credit opportunities across APAC while helping investors build resilient portfolios.
The Walkers team comprises partner Tania Toh, counsel Michelle Ong, and associate Shin Yee Shu, who advised on all Cayman Islands law aspect of the deal. Walkers acted alongside lead counsel, Clifford Chance.
Having previously advised on SeaTown PCF II and with the continued momentum in Asia Pacific private credit, we look forward to seeing SeaTown’s continued success in action with this latest launch.
