Walkers Professional Services strengthens fiduciary services offering with two senior hires in the Cayman Islands and Dubai

We have strengthened our fiduciary services offering in the Cayman Islands and Dubai with the arrival of David Hogan as global head of directorship services and Paul McGinness as senior vice president in Walkers Professional Services (WPS).

David Hogan is a seasoned, ACCA-qualified finance professional with over 25 years of experience in financial services, providing directorship services on a range of transactions including structured finance and asset finance special purpose entities. As part of WPS, David will oversee our fiduciary services offering across our Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Dubai offices.

With over 20 years of experience, Paul McGinness is a STEP Diploma qualified finance professional with proven experience in trust, fund and real estate administration. At Walkers, Paul will lead our Fiduciary team based in Dubai which provides independent director services to Cayman Islands entities, Dubai International Financial Centre Prescribed Companies and Abu Dhabi Global Market special purpose vehicles on behalf of clients located in the Middle East and Asia.

Prior to joining us, David was an executive director of a leading fiduciary services provider in the Cayman Islands where he also held the position of director of fiduciary services. Paul arrives from another leading professional services firm where he served as director.

Joanna Taylor was recently appointed Country Lead for Ireland with responsibility for the strategic direction, leadership and growth of the business. This was followed by the arrival of 10 new team members to the firm's Ireland team – a move that reflects its continued investment in top-tier talent and expanded service capabilities.
