David is the Global Head of Directorship Services at Walkers and is based in the Cayman Islands.
David has responsibility for overseeing our fiduciary services offerings across our Cayman Islands, Dubai and Bermuda offices. He has considerable experience in the offshore sector providing director services to a wide range of transactions including structured finance and asset finance special purpose entities
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining WFL in 2025, David was an Executive Director of a leading fiduciary services provider in the Cayman Islands where he also held the position of Director of Fiduciary Services. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President for another leading fiduciary services provider in the Cayman Islands. David has 25 years experience in financial services across multiple sectors including banking and corporate finance, having commenced his career in treasury with ABN Amro in Ireland

• Bachelors of Business and Legal Studies Degree, University College Dublin
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
• Accredited Director, The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada
• Registered Director under the Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014
• Member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association
• Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
