Advising Opera on the acquisition of Accuro

Our Jersey and London teams have advised Opera Group Limited (Opera) on its acquisition of the Accuro group, a leading private wealth specialist with a focus on ultra and high-net worth families and entrepreneurs, subject to regulatory approval.
 
The transaction marks a significant move for Opera as it expands into key strategic markets and broadens Opera's capabilities across private client and corporate services.
 
Our Jersey team was led by Corporate partner Kevin McQuillan and associate Angharad Prescott.
