Louise Somers joins Walkers Professional Services to lead enhanced global reporting services

We have strengthened our global reporting services offering with the arrival of Louise Somers at Walkers Professional Services (WPS).

Based in our Cayman Islands office, Louise will collaborate with global teams to further develop our reporting services, including automatic exchange of information (AEOI), fund annual returns (FAR), books of account, beneficial ownership and economic substance filings.

Bringing almost 20 years of experience tax, regulatory and financial services leadership, Louise has worked in firms across the Cayman Islands and Ireland. She most recently served as head of tax reporting and client AML services at another leading services provider, having previously acted as head of compliance with the Cayman Islands Government's Department for International Tax Cooperation.

Louise is also qualified through the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and Irish Tax Institute.
