Our Cayman Islands Corporate team recently acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to FalconX Holdings Limited (FalconX) on the reverse merger of its wholly owned subsidiary with 21co Holdings Limited (21Shares), a world leading cryptocurrency exchange traded product provider.
FalconX is a leading digital asset prime brokerage firm serving major institutional clients by providing trading, financing and technology solutions worldwide. The acquisition by FalconX of 21Shares (by way of the merger) further strengthens FalconX's position in the global market across trading, asset management and market infrastructure.
The transaction was led by partner
James Murrie and associate
Olivia Fielding, both based out of our Cayman Islands office.
We acted alongside Goodwin Procter LLP who provided US legal counsel to FalconX.
