We advised Bridgepoint on the Cayman Islands law aspects of its acquisition of a majority stake in ht.digital, a leading provider of digital asset assurance and technology solutions.
The investment was made by Bridgepoint Development Capital V, Bridgepoint’s lower mid-market fund focused on supporting fast-growing businesses across Europe.
