Walkers advises Natixis CIB and Philippine Airlines on the PDP financing of five Airbus A350-1000 aircraft

We have advised global financial institution Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (Natixis CIB) and Philippine Airlines (PAL) as Cayman Islands counsel on the successful financing of pre-delivery payments for five Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.

Natixis CIB acted as the sole lead arranger and bookrunner, original lender, agent and security trustee on the deal in what was their first direct financing with PAL. 

Our team was led by partner Ciaran Bohnacker and senior counsel Gareth Lond in Dubai. Our team worked closely with Natixis CIB's counsel, Watson Farley & Williams, and PAL's counsel, Norton Rose Fulbright.

The Walkers Professional Services (WPS) team provided fiduciary services led by senior vice presidents Paul McGinness and Gennie Bigord, supported by vice presidents Jordan Hebert, Natalia Knapik and executive Arvin Salarda.
